Overview
Seasons is designed with your privacy in mind. The app stores all of your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. No information leaves your device, Seasons operates fully offline - without internet connection.
Data Storage
All data you enter — including seasons, goals, and log entries — is saved on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device.
Data Collection
We do not collect any personal data. We do not use analytics, tracking tools, or advertising frameworks. No information is shared with third parties.
Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Seasons can turn HealthKit samples into ordinary goal entries so you don't have to log them by hand. This integration is read-only, on-device, and entirely optional.
- Seasons reads only the Apple Health metrics you explicitly grant access to, and only after you tap Connect in Settings. Nothing is read without your permission.
- Health data is used solely on-device to automatically log your linked goals. It powers the same predictions, streaks, and charts as any manual entry.
- Seasons never writes to or modifies your Apple Health data. Access is read-only.
- Seasons never transmits your Health data off your device. There is no backend, no account, and no analytics — Health data cannot leave your phone.
- Access is granted per metric and is revocable at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Seasons.
Third-Party Services
Seasons does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data.
